McMaster Divinity College, where I am VP Academic, is planning to have a fundraising auction. I volunteered to make a charcuterie board to be auctioned off. I made one from some Black Walnut that was harvested from the Dvorak farm in Iowa. My favorite part of charcuterie board projects is applying the butcher block oil, which really makes the dark grains of this beautiful wood pop!
