This morning (March 17, 2024), I'm heading over to Hamilton to run in the Frosty 5K. My training has been somewhat sporadic leading up to this event, so I don't imagine my time will super fast. Mainly, I just needed to participate in a run so that I would actually get out and run and stay in some semblance of shape. Anyway, here is the run route, part of which is in Bayfront Park, which juts out into Burlington Bay. That'll be cool (literally). By race time it should be around 40 degrees Fahrenheit, but likely breezy.

UPDATE (2:22 PM Sunday, March 17, 2024): I finished 82nd overall (279 runners). I finished 3rd in my division (male age 50-54) and 52nd out of all 128 males. Not bad for limited training.
