Way back in 2018, I presented a paper at a Bingham colloquium conference at McMaster Divinity College. That paper was submitted for publication in an edited volume to be published by MDC Press. Due to a number of factors, including a pandemic, the project stalled. However, despite being somewhat dated, MDC Press decided that it was still worth publishing those papers. I was brought on as one of the editors of the volume. We now have all of the typeset proofs back from the printer, and we are giving it another close read for final revisions before going to print.
